After a lengthy opening scene, you will gain control of Prophet. Your only weapon will be the Hammer II with a Laser Sight and Suppressor. Follow the team down the ramp a bit up ahead. At the bottom of the ramp is a dead body with a Blackbox. Interact with it to collect it.

Head South with your old buddy, Psycho, until you reach the Liberty Dome. Use Cloak mode to sneak up and stealth kill enemies from behind. If they're carrying a new weapon, pick it up to unlock the attachments on it. The first Cell Operative will have a Feline X3. Several more operatives are located in the room below. Use stealth and the a suppressed weapon to take them out one by one with little resistance.

With the lower room cleared, head to the next objective marker to find another soldier. Take this one out and collect the Datapad on the console nearby. Pick it up and regroup with your teammate.

Continue to the next room until a short scene plays. After the scene, you will obtain the Predator Bow and four different arrows. Turn right and grab another Datapad from the console in the corner of the room.

The next room has several more operatives around staircases. These guys will drop the Marshall shotgun. Take them out silently with Stealth kills or Bow kills. Arrows can be collected by walking over the dead bodies.

Clear out the area to progress. When all enemies are eliminated, your teammate will run up the staircase in the North East. Follow him to the objective marker to find another Datapad on a console to the right of the door.

Not far from the last room is the next collectible, but you won't be able to reach it so easily. You must hack the door using the Tactical Visor. Watch out for any hostiles that may shoot through the windows. With the door open, pick up the Datapad in the room to the left.

Follow your teammate a few meters to the next room until you reach another locked door. A Datapad can be found on a console to the left of the door.

The next area will contain a few more soldiers. Like before, use stealth to take them out one by one without trouble. Some of the soldiers will drop the SCAR Mod 2 with a Reflex Sight. Make sure to pick it up!
If you alert the soldiers, they will call for back up. Back up includes a helicopter that's flying around the East side. It's possible to take out this helicopter with the Predator Bow, which will unlock the Who Needs Rockets? Achievement / Trophy. Switch to strong draw speed and the Thermite Tip Arrow.
With the area cleared, move into the next building. Not far from the entrance is another new weapon: the K-Volt.

Further East is a big room with several Cell operatives. Mark each one with your visor to track their movement. Down the hall to the East is another Datapad. Pick it up before engaging the targets. Look carefully for a “Ranged Scar.” This weapon will have an Assault Scope on it, allowing you to use the attachment whenever applicable.

Clear the room and continue to the next objective marker. Along the way is another Datapad on a console near two arm devices. This collectible is located on the arm devices to the North West, not the arm devices to the South West.

Past the dark hallway is another wide-open area with many soldiers. Use the visor to mark everyone in the area to monitor their every movement. These guys will carry K-Volts and other weapons. The K-Volt will drain your suit energy, so try to take them out with stealth, or things will become troublesome. The soldiers will also drop the Scarab Mod 2 which is a very useful assault rifle.

Up ahead is a small hallway with several soldiers and an auto-turret. Switch to stealth mode and hack the turret with your Tactical Visor from long range. Doing so will make it fire on the CELL Soldiers instead of you.

Your teammate is located in the next room up ahead. Check the dead soldier in the middle of the room for a Blackbox before going ahead. Reach the hall at the end to activate a cut scene and end the mission. The Welcome to the Jungle! achievement / trophy will unlock with completion.

Near the start of the mission is a Nanotech upgrade center. Grabbing the kit will give you four unlocks for Nanosuit Modules. Choose up to four different suit modules, but take note of the numbers on each module. The numbers represent how many unlocks will be taken from the four that are available. Unlock the ones you like, then save them by holding one of the three buttons on the right side of the screen. Doing so will unlock the Perk Of The Job achievement / trophy.

New York
Psycho will open the door out to New York. Not far from the opening is a deer. Use the Predator Bow's Super Thermite Tip to blow one up, unlocking the Bang For The Buck achievement / trophy.

Head far west until you come to a dead end. Scan the building nearby to find a Propaganda Poster. Once collected, head back to your teammate.

Up ahead is a small minefield. Open your visor and hack the group to disable them. Remember how to do this because you'll be doing it a lot in the upcoming missions. Walk past them to activate a short scene.

After the scene, activate Cloaking mode and find a weapon at one of the designated areas. If you exit out of cloaking mode while in the open, the weapons system from above will lock on and try to kill. Get behind any solid cover you can to regenerate suit energy, and keep stealthy.

Make it to the Ceph Bolt Sniper and use it to destroy the CELL tower. Switch from Cloaking to Armor mode to withstand a few hits while destroying the guns.

Before continuing on, turn around and search the small area in the back. A Datapad is located on a small crate up the hill.

Continue towards the objective and hack the next set of landmines. Up ahead are a few CELL Operatives around a lake bed. Use the Electric Arrows on the Predator Bow to electrocute several of them with one shot. While going through the area, search for the CQC and High Cap Scarab or SCAR weapon from the fallen operatives. The CQB variant will unlock the Foregrip attachment, and the High Cap variant will unlock theExtended Magazine attachment. Clear out the area before continuing on.

If you can shoot a soldier in the knee with the predator bow without killing them, you will unlock the Arrow to the Knee! achievement / trophy.
Down the road, Psycho will tell you about some CELL Weapons drop. Follow this secondary objective marker to reach a Locator Beacon. A few CELL operatives and a Datapad will be at the beacon's end. One of the soldiers will drop a new weapon: the Alpha Jackal. Hack the weapons supply container (big red triangle) to find a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit inside.

Return to the main path and rendezvous with Psycho. The two of you will cut through the tunnels to reach the train yard at the other end.
Tunnels
Further ahead is a big group of CELL Operatives. Use the Visor to tag them, and take them out one by one with stealth tactics. If alerted, the auto-turret in the middle may go off. Hack the sentry gun from a distance while in cloaking mode to get it to fire on CELL Soldiers. Continue looking for different weapons with new attachments. Some weapons should unlock the Rifle Laser Sight, Extended Magazine and Double MagazinesAttachments.

Clear out the area and reach your teammate at the South end. The next area contains a Blackbox on a dead soldier right in the middle of the room. Collect it and continue to the objective.

A cut scene will play introducing the Ceph unit known as a Stalker. It's best to sneak past them with cloaking mode. If they detect you, use Armor mode to counter their leap attacks. If you can Stealth Kill one while cloaked, you will earn the Clever Girl achievement / trophy.
Up ahead is more tunnel, but this path will have some security systems. Use the Tactical Visor to hack the red lasers when you get a clear line of sight. You can also use the visor to tag any weapons and ammo caches in the area.

Train Yard
We've finally reached the train yard, but it's teaming with CELL Operatives. Before attacking them, jump down a level and search for aBlackbox on a dead soldier. It will be in a dark corner.

It's best to use stealth to take out all the CELL Operatives one by one. If you like to live dangerously, you can attempt to go full steam ahead. Soldiers will be positioned on the ground and up in the catwalks alongside sentry guns. If you see a sentry gun, go into stealth mode and hack it from a distance before it tears you apart.
The train yard has several pits around the area. Search these pits for weapons and ammo. The pit at the far end contains a Datapad, but it's slightly hidden. While searching the middle of the pit, look for a small opening to a hidden room. Inside this room is the datapad.

While killing each soldier, make sure to check them for new weapons and attachments. New weapons include the Grendel and L-TAG. If you find a weapon with “Precision” on it, it will unlock the Match Barrel attachment.

After clearing out the area, take the zipline from the catwalks to the next area. A Mk.60 Mod 0 will be available at the bottom of the zipline's path. Before going on, turn around and use the Tactical Visor to locate aNanosuit Upgrade Kit in the derelict train.

When you exit out of the area, you'll notice your suit going haywire. This is due to a Nanosuit Jammer in the distance. Don't worry, you can still use Armor and Stealth modes, but your HUD won't show the suit's energy, ammo count, or compass. Your next objective should be to find and destroy the Nanosuit Jammer. It's located straight forward on a platform with dead CELL Operatives. It won't be an easy trek, several Ceph Stalkers will be running around the area. Use stealth mode to slip past them, and destroy the jammer to unlock the Can You Hear Me Now? Achievement / Trophy.

Rendezvous with Psycho and use the mounted AGL to defend your position. Keep killing the Stalkers in the area until Psycho says it's time to go. Follow him and do whatever he says.

The final part of the mission is a “rail shooter” (pun-intended) until a cut scene plays. The A Flawless Getaway achievement / trophy will unlock for completing the mission.

From the start of the mission, follow Psycho around the side of the building. Eventually, you'll reach a room with a new explosive weapon:R.E.X. Charges. Pick them up from the red weapons box to the right of the elevator shaft. Use the shaft to reach ground level.
The area up ahead will have a few CELL Operatives around. Use Stealth mode to sneak around and take each out, or go in guns blazing. Stealth would be the safest, but not necessarily the most fun.

Fight your way towards the Dam until you reach a sentry gun / auto-turret. Use Cloaking mode to get it in your line of sight, then use the Tactical Visor to hack it. Hacking the gun will make things much easier when facing groups of soldiers.

The next step is to infiltrate the Dam. There are two doors with elevators that lead to the top of the Dam, but it's important to take the left door at the South East. Don't go strolling in, another auto-turret will be set up inside. Hack the turret to allow entrance. This area should also have a red triangular box inside. This is a CELL weapons supply box. Hack the box open to find a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit.
When ready, take the elevator to the top of the Dam. Use Stealth mode before the doors open up. A few CELL Soldiers will be at the top, so using the cloak will give you an upper hand. Clear the room and search for new weapons. The Majestic-Six and Typhoon should be available in this room.

Exit out the door to the top of the Dam. Many CELL Operatives will be out here, including a sniper or two on top of the generator buildings. It won't be easy taking out the soldiers silently since it's a straight shot, but hacking sentry guns will help out tremendously. Make your way to the first building.
South Hydro-Electric Generator
The first building nearby will hold a Datapad and a rocket launcher called the JAW. You'll need to hack the number pads near the doors to remove the lasers. If you walk straight through the lasers, the Nanosuit energy will completely empty.

Take the stairs down to reach the first Hydro-Electric Generator. Shut it down by interacting with the control pad on the generator. Before going back up, look around for a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit next to all the controls and computers. Interact with these buttons to reprogram the CELL anti-air battery, which is a secondary objective. When ready, head back up, but prepare to fight more CELL soldiers.

North Hydro-Electric Generator
The next generator will be at the bottom of the building nearby. A Sniper may be at the top of the building, so be prepared to dodge long range fire. If you can kill him, pick up his DSG-1 sniper rifle.
Like the last generator, hack the lasers covering the door to the building, then head down the stairs. Interact with the generator to shut it down. If you need more weapons or ammo, pick them up from the supply points around the room before heading out.
With both of the generators down, head to the objective marker below the road at the top of the Dam This will activate a short cut scene where you place charges and blow the Dam.

River
After the scene, take the path up the rocks on the left side of the river to a 'Propaganda Poster. It will be located on the side of a demolished building to the West.

Next, follow the river a short ways down until you find a few dead CELL soldiers on the left side. One of the soldiers will have a Blackbox on his wrist.

You should get a secondary objective to investigate the source of a CELL Beacon nearby. The source is further down the river around more CELL Operatives. Take them out one by one with Stealth tactics, or use cover and blow their faces off. To the North West is another Nanosuit Upgrade Kit next to Nexus Security Gate Codes, which was the source of the CELL Beacon. Pick both up and continue on to the primary objective.

Down the river is a yellow donut inflatable tube. When you see the donut, take the path to the East to a Blackbox. Before leaving, use the Tactical Visor to locate a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit around the corner from the box.

Head back to the tube and try riding it down the river. If you can ride it for twenty seconds, you will earn the White Rider achievement / trophy. Jump on top of it and press the corresponding button to activate it. There are two small obstacles along the way: One time you need to crouch and one time you need to jump.
At the bottom are more CELL soldiers next to an auto-turret. You can hack the turret, but it probably won't help get rid of the CELL soldiers out of its view. At least it won't shoot at you. Clear out the area and head into the Nexus. You can use the Nexus Security Codes you collected from earlier to open up the front gate, but you will miss out on another collectible if you don't take a side path.

Instead of going through the front gate, take the path to the North (left) to reach a red tunnel. Inside the tunnel is a Blackbox. Take this path to reach the inside of the Nexus. Make sure you hack the landmines at the end of the tunnel to prevent them from going off!

Nexus
Use the visor to mark several notable areas around here. Tag the enemies and a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit in the middle of the area. Another attachment can be found on a nearby DSG-1 as well, the Tech Scope. It will be on the weapon called “Thermal DSG-1.”

Clear out the area and head to the North East section. Here you'll find a small pool of water. At the bottom of this pool is a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit! Pick it up and head to the objective marker.

Head towards the elevator and take it down two floors to the Harvesting Facility. Two Datapads are located around the center of this room.

Follow the objective markers to two different consoles. Interact with these consoles to restore pneumatic pressure. The first console is easy enough to get to, but the second one's bridge collapsed. You will need to swim in the water and jump over to the cat walk.
Regulating the pressure will bring out a defense turret. Take it out with the Super Thermite arrows on the predator bow for quickest results. When clear, hack the console with the objective marker over it. This area is now cleared. Take the elevator up to the next area, but don't let your guard down just yet.
A few CELL Operatives will be in the next room that the elevator leads to. Clear out the area, then search for the last Datapad of the mission. After collecting it, go up a floor and interact with the computer. A short scene will activate, and the mission will end. The Off the Grid achievement / trophy will unlock with the ending.

The objective at the start of the mission is to avoid the CELL searchlights and make your way to the park. Don't forget to use the Tactical Visor to mark the enemies, weapons and everything else in the dark. Search each CELL Operative and weapon supplies to find weapons with three new attachments: the Muzzle Brake, Mini Typhoon and Bayonet.

Slowly make your way to the primary objective. Keep an eye out for any auto-turrets. If you see an auto turret / sentry gun, hack them from a distance while in stealth mode to get them to kill the CELL Soldiers in the area. Inside a room just past the first auto-turret is a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit. It'll be next to some ammunition. If you can't find it, use the Visor.

A secondary objective will present itself around this area. Psycho will ask you to secure CELL intel and discover who tortured him. To the North areSeven Datapads around a crashed helicopter and destroyed building. Secure them all, but don't think it'll be a walk in the park. Look out for CELL operatives in the area.

When ready, continue on towards the objective. Many more CELL Operatives will be in the area up ahead. There will also be landmines strewn out around. Another reason to keep using the Tactical Visor is to spot and disarm these mines. The building to the right of the minefield contains a Propaganda Poster on the first floor.

Two floors above the poster holds a Datapad and a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit. Take the staircase to the West to reach the top floor with both collectibles. Near the collectibles is a zipline that will take you to the next area.

Make your way through the crumbing building. Eventually, you'll reach a room with another intel Datapad. It's in the room where a short scene activates upon entrance.

Up ahead are a few awakened Ceph Grunts. Treat them the same as the CELL Operatives. Wipe them out and pick up their weapons from time to time to try something new. To the South is another Nanosuit Upgrade Kit' near a few weapons in a demolished building. Pick up the kit and continue towards the main objective.

When you reach the building with the objective marker, you may be able to find a red-triangular object. This is a CELL Weapons Supply container. Hack it open to find a DSG-1.
Head to the objective marker to find a big Ceph object. A little bit of dialogue and flashes will play out. After it passes, pickup the Datapad on a shelf to the East.

Just up ahead are a few CELL Operatives being burned and thrown out of a building. Inside this building is a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit.

Just outside of the last building are two collectibles: a Datapad and aBlackbox. Inside the weapon lock box should be an L-TAG.

Up ahead is the introduction of a new Ceph enemy. A Ceph Scorcher will burst out of the door and attack. This thing is more machine than alien, which means you can hack it with the Nanosuit's Tactical Visor. Hack it to prevent it from moving, then use explosives to take it down quickly.

The next area will have a few more Scorchers roaming around. Either deal with them like the last one, or try to sneak past them. If you can kill one without it exploding by using melee attacks, you can pick up theIncinerator weapon. Passed the Scorchers is a Ceph Sentry Drone called a Pinger. Hack it to have this massive beast fight for you for a short time. When the area is cleared, continue towards the objective.

Nearby is the CELL Nanosuit Skinning Lab. Along the path to the lab are several Ceph Grunts. Use Stealth mode to take these out one by one. There isn't much cover to go in guns blazing. Once they're all dealt with, search the area for weapons. You may find an Alpha Jackal with theDouble Magazines attachment.
Reach the objective marker to find the access panel that lowers the stairs. Upon entrance, use your visor to mark a Datapad and a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit. The datapad will be right near the elevator where Psycho is, but the Upgrade Kit is around the corner. Take the elevator with Psycho to enter the labs.

These labs contain three Datapads spread throughout the two floors. All three can be marked with the visor when entering the lab. Search the side rooms while following Psycho to pick them up. Two are found on one floor, and the third is found on the next floor down. Beside the third datapad is aNanosuit Upgrade Kit. Keep following Psycho until a cut scene plays and ends the mission. The Turning the Tide achievement / trophy will unlock for completing the level.

This mission is broken up into two parts. Completing the first half will activate a cut scene before loading the second half.
Part 1
Not far from the start of the mission is a makeshift bridge to the next building. A second bridge will then lead to the top of a third building with both a Datapad and a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit. The Datapad is out in the open, but the Upgrade Kit is hidden inside a small room. To get inside the room, jump on the rooftop nearby and squeeze through a small hole.

Next, travel to the East where several ammo crates and a red CELL Emergency Resupply Unit is. Inside the resupply unit is a Mk.60 Mod 0and R.E.X. Charges. A few steps North of that is a building with anotherNanosuit Upgrade Kit inside. The kit is located in the basement.

Up ahead are a few Ceph Grunts. Eliminate them in any way you see fit, then interact with the Ceph Mindcarrier in the middle of the area. A short scene will play when you get close to it. After the scene, your suit will be supercharged. Suit energy won't drain, Ceph Weapon ammo won't deplete and damage will be boosted.
Killing all the small fries will bring out the Ceph Devastator. This guy is a lot tougher than the grunts you've been facing. Use cover and armor mode when possible, and strike with all you've got. Don't forget about all the explosives you're holding. If you see a light at the end of the Devastator's hand, he's charging a mortar attack – take cover before the mortar hits. When he's dead, walk over his body and pick up the X-Pac Mortar.

The gate nearby will now have a huge hole in it. Head toward the next objective marker to continue the mission. Use the Tactical Visor on the way to the objective to locate and tag another Datapad in between two buildings to the East.

Further ahead are a group of CELL Operatives taking refuge in a building. The grasslands nearby contain a few Ceph Stalkers that will try to get into the building the CELL are holding down. The second you jump down into the grasslands, they will run to you and attack. Give the X-Pac Mortar a bit of a test run before jumping down into the fight, then go into stealth mode to bypass them.
Make sure you check the weapons around here. There should be a SCAR with a Grenade Launcher and an Alpha Jackal with an Extended Magazine. The building to the East will contain a Propaganda Poster, but it will be guarded by auto-turrets. Hack them from stealth mode before getting too close.

The building to the West will contain a mounted machine gun with several CELL soldiers hunkered down. Use stealth to enter the building undetected. A Datapad is located on the second floor alongside more assault rifles with Grenade Launchers.

Head out the backside of the building to the North West, but stay on alert. Not too far ahead is an auto-turret that can rip you to shreds. Hack it so it doesn't fire on you, and pick up the Nanosuit Upgrade Kit beyond it. With that in hand, continue towards the objective marker.

As you get closer to the objective, Claire will ask for help. A buggy and a few tanks will be located on the other side of the building. Before taking off, use the visor to help locate a Datapad and a Nanosuit Upgrade Kitaround the vehicles. When ready, take the Buggy.

As you get closer to the objective, you will have to exit the buggy and go on foot across a big bridge. A few CELL Operatives will be positioned on the bridge with various weapons. Try to use your surroundings to your advantage. Blow up any explosive barrels, use high spots for Air Stomps, or just sneak in with Stealth mode. The end of the bridge has a staircase that leads down to a pool of water. Reaching the water will activate a cut scene to the next part of the mission.

Part 2
This half starts you off at the top of a mountain. Jump down the side of the cliff until you reach the weapons supply halfway down. The supply contains a JAW and a Typhoon. At the bottom of the cliff is a Buggy, and next to the buggy is a Datapad.

Take the buggy and head towards the objective marker. If you can crush five enemies while in it, you will earn the Roadkill achievement / trophy.

The end of the road contains two Datapads near multiple weapons and ammo caches. Use the mounted machine guns to take out any Ceph resistances from behind.

Once the area is cleared, use the control pad at the top of the staircase to open the gate. If the last buggy was destroyed on the way to this location, don't worry, you can get a new one on the other side of the gate. Take the Buggy several hundred meters to the next area.

When you reach the stop, exit the Buggy and jump over the road block. On the other side are a few ammo caches and a new weapon: The Gauss Sabot Gun. After killing some of the tougher Ceph, look for a Reaper Cannon. Pick it up and use it, and you should earn the I'll Have That!achievement / trophy. Take out both CELL and Ceph soldiers in the area, then head towards the secondary objective.

Psycho will ask you to destroy the tower air defense system. This is located over a hundred meters to the North. Clear the area of both CELL and Ceph resistances to gain access to the defense systems. A few steps to the North of the defense system is a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit on a crate. With the system destroyed, head towards the main objective.

About a hundred more meters to the South West is the main objective area. Hack the gate controls to gain entrance. An alternate method is taking the long way around to the other objective marker. It would be one hell of a fight against CELL tanks, auto-turrets, and Ceph soldiers until you reach a pipe that leads to this same area.
The main objective's area is filled with weapons and CELL soldiers. To the South West is a Datapad inside a shipping container. Use your Visor to help located it as you get closer to the South West corner. Many CELL soldiers and an auto-turret will be near it, so don't let your guard down.

To reach the Control Room, head towards the objective marker and look for a lifted bridge. Use the control panel on your end to lower the bridge. Don't let your guard down, a few soldiers may be on the other side. Use the elevator to reach the top and rendezvous the team. A long cut scene will play while ending the mission, and the Brink of Apocalypseachievement / trophy will unlock.

Ceph Air Defense Battery Alpha
The starting area of this mission contains some ammo caches. Fill up on ammo before heading out. On the way to the next area, you can find a “Stealth” DSG-1, which is a Sniper Rifle with a Suppressor. The suppressor allows you to make silent kills, but each bullet will be much weaker than normal. Aim for the head or any explosives in the environment to quickly take down the enemy. Try out the rifle on a group of Ceph up ahead.

On the way to the primary objective you will run into a Ceph Defense Turret. Like all other turrets, enter stealth mode and hack it from a distance. Make sure to keep an eye out for landmines to hack as you inch towards the building.

The building up ahead contains more Ceph Soldiers. Tag them and bag them one by one. Continue up to the second floor and clear it of Ceph resistance. Up on the next floor is a Propaganda Poster.

Walk up the platform to find the Ceph Defense Battery. Before shutting it down, look around the ammo cache for a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit. With the kit in hand, shut down the Defense Battery.

Once the defense battery is shut down, Ceph Grunts will come in as reinforcements. Some will be on the same building, and some will be on the building to the East with Bolt Rifles. Take them out and head towards the next objective.
Ceph Air Defense Battery Bravo
There are two more Air Defense Batteries that must be shut down to the North East and South East. Go to the North East one first. In the distance is the head to the Statue of Liberty. Around the head are various weapons, both alien and human, and inside the head is a Datapad.

As you approach the head, a secondary objective to provide combat support to the Rebel Mortar Unit will become available. All you have to do is kill a couple of Ceph Grunts that are at the objective marker. As a reward, rebel unit will provide a little mortar support. Before leaving, investigate the area near the rebels to find another Datapad.

Not to far to the South are three Pingers. Destroy all three of them to unlock the Ping Pong! achievement / trophy. Get up close and wait until the motor team says they're ready. When ready, tag them with your visor to rip them to shreds! Unfortunately, it'll only work for two Pingers. Use any explosives you can find for the third and final one.

With the Pingers out of the way, head towards the closest objective in the East. Along the way you'll find another Nanosuit Upgrade Kit near some ammo and weapons. A Ceph Defense Turret will be overlooking it, so don't try to grab it outright. Use stealth mode to hack the defense turret from a distance. Check all the weapons nearby and continue on when ready.

To the East is another Ceph Battery that will supercharge your nanosuit. Use a Ceph Weapon while supercharged to help tear through the Ceph resistances.

Closer to the objective is a Blackbox. After picking it up, destroy the Ceph Defense Battery right above it. Like last time, more Ceph will drop in after taking down the defense battery. Clear the area and head to the third Defense Battery.

Ceph Air Defense Battery Charlie
On the way to the next main objective, another secondary objective will present itself. Clear the mines around the Rebel ICV. All you need to do is hack the mines that are blocking the vehicles in. The crashed ship behind them contains another Nanosuit Upgrade Kit and a Datapad. There's also a new weapon: the FY7 1M.

Continue towards the objective to bring up another secondary objective: Find and scout the downed VTOL. You should encounter a big Ceph Assault Ship in the air while on the way to the VTOL. This thing will be extremely powerful and have a tough outershell. The best thing to do is get a JAW and fire directly underneath it -- not on top or the sides! The tough part will be getting under it without it moving away.
A few collectibles can be found on the way to the next secondary objective. The first is a Blackbox near a downed ship in the South West. It's about 200 meters from the main objective and 355 meters from the downed VTOL objective. See the images below.

Another collectible is a Datapad inside a crashed helicopter. This one is a bit hard to find. It's hidden a few meters North of the last collectible in the middle of a huge minefield. Disable all the landmines and grab it from the fiery wreck.

The next collectible is a Nanosuit Upgrade Kit inside the downed VTOL. Pick up the object that's blocking the back of the VTOL to free the soldiers. This will complete the secondary objective and allow you to collect the goodies inside. Now that everything is picked up, head towards the main objective.

This first area is covered with landmines, and near the landmines are several Ceph soldiers. Most of them are the average Ceph Grunts and easy to deal with, but one will be a Ceph Devastator that's capable of dealing massive damage. Use any JAWs or explosives you have while using cover. Using explosives around the landmines will provide extra explosions. Hacking the landmines will also make them go off when Ceph get near.
Around the corner is the Defense Battery. A few more Ceph Soldiers will be around it, but your biggest threat is the auto-turret. Use stealth and hack it from a distance to get it to clear the area for you. With the area cleared, destroy the defense battery. Like the last two times, reinforcements will come right after the defense battery is taken down.

Regroup with Psycho and jump in the VTOL gunner seat. Try to shoot every Ceph gunship you see as Psycho flies around New York. This entire segment will be another rail shooter.

Eventually, Psycho will land the ship on a rooftop. Use the mounted gun to clear the area as Ceph soldiers get closer. It shouldn't prove too difficult. Once the area is cleared of regular Ceph, the Ceph Mastermind will drop in.

Boss Battle: Ceph Mastermind
Before fighting this guy, pick up the Datapad off some ammo crates to the North, it's the last collectible of the mission.

The Ceph Mastermind is a menacing opponent, both in appearance and in combat. A group of small objects will be flying around it most of the time. Destroying these objects won't keep them away for good, but it will prevent the Mastermind from using certain attacks. The Mastermind will send these flying objects towards you to disrupt the Nanosuit's energy while dealing some damage.

Multiple weapons will be scattered over the rooftop, alongisde three Ceph Batteries. The best thing to do is grab a Ceph Weapon and use the Ceph Batteries to get a charge. The charge will boost the damage of the Ceph Weapon, prevent ammo from being consumed and negate any damage on the Nanosuit for a short period. There are three Ceph Batteries on the rooftop. You can use two right away, but make sure to leave one for later, and only use the Ceph weapons when supercharged!
Once enough damage has been dealt to the Mastermind, it will grab you for a face to face encounter. Mash which ever button pops up on the screen until it releases you.

The Mastermind will then summon a few Ceph Grunts to attack. This is when you use the last Ceph Battery. Supercharge your suit and eliminate the Ceph Soldiers before they can eliminate you. Remember to use a Ceph Weapon while supercharged to make things much easier.

With the Ceph Soldiers gone, the Mastermind will focus on you. The next attacks will involve the little flying objects like before, but this time they will group together and fire two big lasers. These lasers can deal massive damage and even break away some cover. Destroy them to prevent this attack from happening. Deal enough damage, and the Ceph Mastermind will bring you face to face again. Mash the same button as the last time to finish it off.
The final thing to do is head to the objective marker to end the mission. The Belly of the Beast achievement / trophy will unlock for completing the mission.

The mission will start you off with a M 12 Nova with the Flashlight attachment. If you've collected the other attachments up until now, theGeared-up achievement / trophy will unlock.
Use the Tactical Visor to tag four collectibles. These collectibles include two Blackboxes, one Datapad and one Propaganda Poster. The poster will automatically collect after tagging it, but the others must be picked up yourself. The first Blackbox is just a few steps ahead.

The first Datapad can be found a few steps from the last collectible. The pad will be inside a weapons crate on a platform overhead. Walk past the tagged collectible, then turn around to see it.

The second Blackbox is a few more steps past the last collectible. Crouch under the rocks and power kick the object blocking your path to reach it. The Nanosuit's energy will be drained, so power jumps are out of the question at this time.

Continue down the path until you get a sort of flashback. When it passes, look down the cave to the left for another Blackbox.

Keep traversing through the caves until you hear NAX speak. She will say something like “ETA: 30 minutes.” Around this time is when you should reach an area with some supplies. Pick up a weapon, fill up your ammo, and collect the Nanosuit Upgrade Kit and Datapad. Hack the weapons crate near the upgrade kit to find a brand new weapon: the M.I.K.E..

Around the corner is a group of Ceph. Keep your visor up to tag all threats and hack any landmines or Ceph Scorchers in the area. Your suit will still be out of order, so use as much cover as possible while hitting the Ceph with arrows and the MIKE. The MIKE is great against regular Ceph Grunts, but it's useless against the defense turret and any Scorchers. Try to hack the defense turret without being noticed. With the turret on your side, things will go much smoother. When the area is cleared, head to the objective marker.

It's important to pick up a Ceph Weapon before reaching the objective marker. Once you have one, walk over to the Ceph Mindcarrier in the middle of the area to supercharge your suit and Ceph Weapon. A few Ceph soldiers will come in and fight, but they should stand no chance against a supercharged weapon and nanosuit. Try to kill ten enemies with one supercharge boost to earn the Post-Human Warrior achievement / trophy.
Head to the next objective deeper in the cave. Not too far ahead is aBlackbox near a few weapons and ammo caches. A secondary objective will pop up around the time you pick up the collectible. Going towards the second objective will coincide with the main objective.

The area further into the cave will contain the last piece of intel. Use your visor towards the East once you enter this area to find and tag it. The lastDatapad will be in a red weapons crate on the ground. Pick it up to earn the Breaking the Lore achievement / trophy.

Head towards the CELL beacon to find a CELL tank. Use it to destroy the Ceph Pinger that's walking around the area. You won't be able to move, but the guns will be enough to destroy the vehicle and any other Ceph that are in the immediate area.

When ready, fight towards the next Ceph Mindcarrier Device. Bring the visor up from time to time to spot and hack landmines on the way to the objective. Just like last time, make sure you have a Ceph Weapon before approaching the Mindcarrier. Your suit and weapon will supercharge again, and more Ceph will come to the slaughter. You will most likely unlock the Taste Of Your Own Medicine achievement / trophy around this time as well.

Use the supercharged suit to fight towards the last Ceph Mindcarrier Device. It should be a cake walk if you have a Ceph Weapon to plow through everyone.

With the Mindcarriers our of the way, it's time to close the wormhole. Kill anything in your way with the supercharged Ceph Weapon. Reach the wormhole to bring forth the Alpha Ceph.

Boss Battle: Alpha Ceph
The Alpha Ceph is the final boss of Crysis 3, and it may be the toughest boss fight in the entire game.
The first thing you should do is get behind cover and use the Tactical Visor to tag the Alpha Ceph's three weak spots. It will also be useful to mark the weapons in the area to locate them quickly.

If you don't have a Ceph Weapon from earlier, you'll have to locate and pick one up from the surrounding area. The X-Pac Mortar and Reaper Cannon are the best ones for the job. Use the Ceph Batteries in the area to supercharge the Nanosuit and Ceph weapon you are currently holding. They are the red containers that will have a battery icon above them when looking through the Tactical Visor. Damage dealt will be maximized, and damage received will be almost completely negated! Start blasting away at one of his three weak spots. The best time to hit them is when they glow orange-red. When your suit comes down from the charge, quickly get behind cover and use Armor mode. Hopefully you will take it down before the charge ends.

Once enough damage is dealt, the Alpha Ceph will bring you in close. Mash which ever button appears on screen to get thrown back to the ground. A few Ceph Grunts will come in to back up the Alpha Ceph while he hides for a minute or so. Switch to a normal weapon from around the area and clear out the grunts. Hacking the sentry guns nearby will help out quite a bit, as well.

After a short amount of time the Alpha Ceph will come back to the fight. Find another Ceph Weapon and Ceph Battery to power back up. Attack the weak spots just like last time, and remember to use the Tactical Visor to quickly locate objects in the area. The Alpha Ceph may take this opportunity to use an extremely powerful attack. The suit will try to warn you by saying “Incoming Strike,” so be prepared! If this strike hits you, you will instantly die, even if supercharged and playing on easy difficulty. Don't try hiding behind the boulders in the area, the attack will break right through them. The best thing to do is hide behind alcoves or any substantial cover you can find.

Take out a second weak spot, and the Alpha Ceph will bring you face to face once more. Mash the button to land back on the ground and send the Alpha Ceph into hiding once more. More Ceph Grunts and even Ceph Devastators will come in as reinforcements. Eliminate them with any weapons in the area, and don't forget about hacking sentry turrets. When the Alpha Ceph comes back, dodge the strike attack and hit his final weak spot with a supercharged suit and weapon.
When all three weak spots are hit, a short cut scene will play. Hit the Alpha Ceph with the final arrow to kill it. Another short scene will play to end the mission, and The True Measure of a Hero achievement / trophy will unlock.
Don't shut off the game just yet! Enter the next mission, hack the satellite, wait for the percentage to reach 100 and fire! The World Saverachievement / trophy will unlock, and the final cut scene will play.
